Villa Felicitas comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests.  The main house has a living room with a large sofa and lounge bed, an open kitchen with two bars, a half bathroom and four bedrooms with bathrooms.  There is a large covered terrace with a big lounge sofa and a dining table that can seat ten people. The small house (Studio) has a bedroom plus bathroom and an artist studio on the second floor.   Click for Rental Information

Electricity and Water

Clean water is provided by our own water purification system in the back of the garden. While the water is drinkable we also supply bottled water, connected to the fridge for drinking and dispensing ice cubes. Electricity is provided by the town. There is the occasional black out. If this happens, the house keeper will check with the electricity company and let you know how long it will last (typically less than an hour).

Kitchen

There is a fully equipped kitchen. Most of the appliances are self explanatory. Should something not work, or you have any questions let the housekeeper know and she will help you.  The housekeeper will typically make sure the house is clean, garbage is being taken care of, etc. On request she will do anything else, for instance setting the table, cook, make fruit smoothies, and clean the dishes! 

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms and bathrooms, two on the ground level and two on the first level of the main house and one in the studio. The master bedroom and guest bedroom on the ground floor have a King size bed, the two other bedrooms have a Queen size bed and one bedroom has an extra single bed. The Studio bedroom has two single beds. Should you require additional beds there is an extra Queen size bed in the living room.  The housekeeper will clean the rooms and bathrooms every day and make the beds.

If you have laundry you can put this in the laundry basket in the bathroom and the housekeeper will take care of this. We will provide towels and beach towels.

Stereo and TV

There is a stereo with an iPod connection and CD/ DVD player. We have a small collection of DVDs that can be used.

Beach Volleyball

We have a beach volleyball field in the back yard.  Volleyball and badminton tournaments are a definite option.
