Welcome to Villa Felicitas, our beach house at Playa Coson in Las Terrenas, Samana. We have designed and built the house ourselves for our friends, family and guests to enjoy. The house is at a unique location on Playa Coson, a beautiful 10 km, palm fringed, quiet beach with clear, turquoise waters. You will love lounging on the terrace, staring at the ever changing ocean, strolling along the sands and swimming, snorkeling or surfing in the warm waves.

 

 

The House is on Punta Coson about 200m from the Wyndham hotel and 10-15 minutes from Las Terrenas town. 

 

The ocean in front of the house is great for swimming all year round with a sandy bottom and little or no current. When there are no waves there is good snorkeling at the reef.

 

At the back of the house is a little river with a mangrove forest. A short walk on the beach leads to the place where two rivers come together, aptly named “Dos Rios”. There is a shack that serves snacks and drinks. This is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
