Welcome to Villa Felicitas, our beach house at Playa Coson in Las Terrenas, Samana. We have designed and built the house ourselves for our friends, family and guests to enjoy. The house has large open spaces to let the sun and sea breezes in. It is constructed with natural materials and painted in colors that reflect the beautiful surroundings. Located on Playa Coson, a 10 km, palm fringed, quiet beach with clear, turquoise waters, it is only 10 minutes from Las Terrenas town. You will love lounging on the terrace, staring at the ever changing ocean, strolling along the sands and swimming, snorkeling or surfing in the warm waves.

The ocean in front of the house is great for swimming all year round with a sandy bottom and little or no current. When there are no waves there is good snorkeling at the reef. |

At the back of the house is a little river with a mangrove forest. A short walk on the beach leads to the place where two rivers come together, aptly named “Dos Rios”. There is a shack that serves snacks and drinks. This is a magical place to watch the sunset. |
